Parents
Parents are children’s first educators and we believe in working together with families to provide the best for our children, Parents are always welcomed into the school. We will always try to make time for you or make an appointment at another suitable time.
We have 2 Parents’ Evenings each year when parents are invited to come and discuss their child’s progress with the class teacher as well as a transition session in the Summer Term. The teacher will discuss the children’s achievements and will suggest targets for the children to work towards. Throughout the year parents are invited to assemblies, events and shows. Teachers will also provide curriculum overviews on the Class Pages to keep you informed of the topics the children will be studying. We will also run information sessions throughout the school year on how you can help your child with reading and maths at home.
